- Clinical services, in-person and via telehealth, are available only to individuals physically located within the State of Texas at the time of service.
- Prescribing standard
- All prescriptions and medical interventions are issued solely at the professional clinical discretion of the evaluating clinician following an appropriate medical examination. Scheduling, evaluation, or payment does not guarantee that any prescription will be issued.
- Payment terms
- Payment for consultations, clinical examinations, and cash-pay wellness services is due at the time services are rendered. Consultation fees cover the provider's professional evaluation and time and are non-refundable regardless of whether a prescription is issued.
- Appointment policies
- A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the appointment start time may be rescheduled.
- Acceptable use
- You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
- Intellectual property
